“We love music. We love records. And the people.” ❤️ We met these two friends, Gülşah and Busra, at the 62nd Mega Record & CD Fair.

Both are fans of about 10,000 different genres (metal! 🤘), but it looks like they ended up with these great Fadoul and Ahmed Malek records, re-released by Habibi Funk.

💿 DAY 2 OF RECORD FAIR HAARLEM! ☀️🎶

Missed us yesterday? Or did one day of crate digging simply leave you wanting more? Today is your second chance!

The dealers have restocked their crates and we’re ready for another full day of vinyl hunting on Haarlem’s beautiful Grote Markt. 💿🙌

And what a day for it. Under a gorgeous autumn sun, you can browse thousands of records right in the heart of the city, with Haarlem’s shops, cafés, bars and restaurants all around you.

Meanwhile, the dealers are putting the finishing touches on their stalls and the Grote Markt is quickly filling up with vinyl.

🌙 WHILE HAARLEM IS STILL SLEEPING… 💿

It’s the middle of the night on the Grote Markt, but we’re already hard at work.

The first market stalls are going up and we’re getting everything ready for the arrival of our record dealers. In just a few hours, this empty square will be filled with thousands of records, collectors, music lovers and plenty of crate digging. 🎶

The Record Fair Haarlem is taking shape!

💿 TOMORROW, THE GROTE MARKT TURNS INTO A RECORD FAIR!

Tomorrow and Sunday, the heart of Haarlem becomes Record Fair Haarlem, with around 60 stalls and record dealers from the Netherlands and abroad. Expect vinyl from all genres and decades, in every price range, with something to discover for both new and seasoned collectors. 🎶

The photo from one of our previous Haarlem fairs shows what some younger vinyl collectors are looking for: Lemonade Mouth and Clairo’s Immunity in a special Urban Outfitters edition, both picked up at Jochem’s Record Boutique .nl. Good news: Jochem will be back this weekend, bringing US imports, Urban Outfitters editions and other special releases.

Record Fair Haarlem is part of Haarlem Vinyl Festival, with much more happening across the city this weekend.

🛍️ On Saturday, the regular weekly market moves around the corner to the Nieuwe Groenmarkt and Zijlstraat.
