70-80 දශකවල ලංකාවේ මෝටර් සයිකල් ධාවන ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ නොමැකෙන නමක් තැබූ සුපිරි ධාවන ශූරයෙක් තමයි රාජා පෙරේරා (Raja Perera) මහත්මයා. එදා නුවරඑළිය, කටුකුරුන්ද රේස් ට්‍රැක් හොල්ලපු, තම යතුරු පැදියෙන් ඉන්දියාවේ ෂෝලාවරම් (Sholavaram) ට්‍රැක් පවා ජයග්‍රහණය කරපු අපේ රටේ වීරයෙක්.

මිනිස්සු රේස් රයිඩර්ස්ලාට කොච්චර ආදරය කළාද කියන්න හොඳම සාක්ෂියක් තමයි මේ මරණ දැන්වීම් පෝස්ටරයත් අද වෙන තුරු ආරක්ෂා වී තිබීම.
