✨artist spotlight: Zoya Lozinsky✨
We’re returning to our series on the artists of Wild Gallery, and today we’re introducing Zoya Lozinska.
Zoya Lozinsky was born in Ukraine in 1977. She immigrated to Israel in 1993.
She completed her studies at the Academy of Art and Design, in the Department of Ceramic and Glass Design, in 2001. Since then she has lived and worked in the Jerusalem area.
In glass, she creates pseudo-realistic settings and images, which look, on the one hand, alive and accessible, and on the other, detached and far-fetched, as archeological remnants of dying cultures.
She works in techniques of casting, fusing, and cold working of glass.

Zoya is currently showing work in DUAL REALITY, a joint exhibition with Ilya Galperin, curated by Max Epstein. The show opened a week ago and runs until November 15, so there’s still time to see it in person. We’d love for you to come.
