If you’ve got half a day to spare this July, please help us knit together an unforgettable visitor experience for The Longest Yarn 2: Britain at War exhibition!

We need your help welcoming visitors, guiding them around the Fort, and keeping an eye on the exhibition.

Our Woolly Wonders are making fabulous bunting decorations for The Longest Yarn 2 exhibition, coming 1 - 31 July!

A big thank you to everyone who has attended, or made bunting & sent it to us! The most-well travelled package came from South Africa!

📅Woolly Wednesdays will be back on 3rd June, 10am - 12 noon.

A big thank you to the team of for displaying this new sign for us at their kiosk down by the harbour. Their vessel, My Girl, is deeply connected to local maritime history through her wartime service running supplies to the breakwater Fort.
