Happy 71st birthday to our lovely Nigel! 🎉💙

Nigel celebrated his special day with friends, fellow residents and our team at Heath Lodge Care Centre. One of the nicest moments was seeing him open birthday cards from Janet, Jeanine, Michaela and John. Such a thoughtful gesture, and clearly one that meant a lot to Nigel 💌

Nigel also wrote a lovely letter to our Home Manager, Mihaela, sharing his thoughts about life at Heath Lodge. It was a really special thing to receive and a lovely reminder of the friendships and connections that make our home what it is 💙

We hope you had a wonderful birthday, Nigel. Here's to many more happy memories! 🎂🥳

🎶 We had a lovely afternoon of music at Heath Lodge Care Centre last week when JoJo Heart Official came along to entertain our lovely residents.

There was plenty of singing, joining in and a few happy memories brought back by the music. JoJo certainly had everyone in good spirits, and it was lovely to see our residents enjoying themselves together 💜

Thank you, JoJo, for a fantastic afternoon. We hope to see you back at Heath Lodge again soon! 🎤

🎉💙 Happy 71st Birthday to our lovely Nigel Norton! 💙🎉

Nigel celebrated his special day surrounded by friends, residents and staff at Heath Lodge, and it was wonderful to see him enjoying the occasion. 🎂🥳

A particularly touching moment was when Nigel received birthday cards from fellow residents Janet, Jeanine, Michaela and John. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to him. Nigel thanked everyone for making his birthday feel so special. 💌

He also took the time to write a heartfelt letter to our Home Manager, Mihaela, sharing his thoughts about Heath Lodge and how he feels living here. It was incredibly lovely to read and reminded us how meaningful the friendships and relationships within our home can be. ❤️

We hope you had a wonderful 71st birthday, Nigel, and we wish you many more happy memories ahead! 🎈🎂

Following our recent Baking Club at Heath Lodge Care Centre, our homemade shortbread made its way around the home for everyone to enjoy! 🍪💜

Our wonderful Resident Ambassador, Jeanine, kindly took the freshly baked biscuits around to our residents, stopping for a cup of tea and a chat along the way ☕️

It was lovely seeing everyone enjoying a little treat and some good company. Proof that sometimes, a homemade biscuit and a cuppa are all you need! 🍪😊

Autumn has arrived at Heath Lodge Care Centre , and our wonderful residents have been enjoying getting into the seasonal spirit! 🍂💜

We’ve been busy with a spot of autumn crafting, using beautiful fallen leaves to create a colourful garland for the home. We also got the aprons on for our Baking Club, where our residents mixed, shaped and baked some delicious autumn shortbread biscuits 🍪🍁

Of course, tasting the biscuits was an important part of the afternoon! It was lovely seeing everyone getting involved and enjoying some creative and tasty autumn activities together ☕🍪

We hope you had a wonderful day celebrating with everyone at the home. There was, of course, a birthday cake and plenty of birthday wishes from the team and fellow residents 🎉🎈

What better way to celebrate National Fitness Day at Heath Lodge Care Centre than with another fantastic G Fitness session with the lovely Mya Lee-Amies! 💪✨

Our amazing residents enjoyed getting moving, stretching and exercising together, with plenty of fun along the way. It was great to see everyone getting involved and giving it their all 🥰

A big thank you to Mya for keeping our residents active, engaged and motivated. We’re already looking forward to the next session! 💜

A little bit of peace and quiet in the garden at Heath Lodge Care Centre 🌿💜

Shirley enjoyed some time on the garden swing, taking in the fresh air and looking up at the sky. Sometimes it’s nice to simply sit outside, enjoy the garden and take a moment to relax ☁️🌸
