Adding a splash of Victorian color to the gallery today with this stunning antique print from Cassell's Illustrated Book of Poultry (circa 1875).

This particular plate features "Portraits of Mr. Leno’s Celebrated Prize Pens," showcasing the incredible, ornate plumage of Carolina (Wood) Ducks and Mandarin Ducks. Illustrated by the famous poultry artist J.W. Ludlow, the detail in the feathers and the tranquil riverbank setting is exceptionally well-preserved.
