Romsey Signal Box will be open from 1100 to1600 on Sundays 6th and 20th September and Saturday 19th September. Admission will be free on 19th and 20th September as part of the Heritage Open Days programme. ( Entrance on the 6th will be £5.00 (with Gift Aid) or £4.00 (without gift aid) and under 16's are free.) We can accept cash or card payments.
The cafe will be open on all days for the sale of teas, coffee and light refreshments.
If you're looking for that odd gap in your railway book collection please browse our selection in the cafe.
While you are in the cafe, please have a look at our recently donated signal box diagram of Dean dating from 1970. Thanks to Derek and Andy for the display case and working track circuits. The second photo is how it was when in place in Dean Signal Box in 1980 (Photo :FORSB Collection/NKearns)
