It's International Dog Day! 🐶

We really are a team of dog lovers at The Rose Gallery, as Twix can attest to! We're sure that many of you also have a special fluffy friend in your life, so we wanted to share some of our favourite doggy artwork.

Doug Hyde: Heartwarming pieces from his Snapshots of Summer collection, including 'See a Man About a Dog', 'One Step At A Time', and the 'Double Trouble' sculpture. Beautifully capture the joy, mischief, and adventures shared between pet and owner.

Samantha Ellis: Endearing portraits like 'The Willing Accomplice', 'The Interested Party', and 'The Noble Profile' bring each pup's personality to life in vibrant, bold colour.

Emma is our Digital Content & Ecommerce Executive, as well as the talented eye behind much of The Rose Gallery’s photography and design.

From photographing new arrivals to creating content for the website and social media, Emma helps show each artwork at its very best. It’s the perfect role for someone who loves both creativity and art, with a particular soft spot for the textured, figurative landscapes of Julia Whitehead.

Seeing all of your favourite pieces in your spaces and how you have chosen to display them has been particularly lovely for our team at The Rose Gallery. Every entry had its own special charm - picking a winner was a tough choice!
