Well we made it, our 2-day excursion to climb Fujisan was incredible. I was suffering from altitude sickness from the outset at the 5th station (2000m) but with the help and oversight of the wonderful guides, learnt to ascend slowly and drink and eat little and often. The climb was exhausting, breathless and beautiful but we made it. Of course this is mainly due to my support team - notably Anthony - who was constantly by my side. Arriving at the summit was a truly emotional experience. Coming down was tough but the sense of achievement has left me glowing. Thank you Team!
