Join us on Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 August 2026 for an action-packed weekend commemorating the 250th anniversary of the American War of Independence.
Step back into the 18th century and experience the sights, sounds and atmosphere of the Revolutionary War β with soldiers, camps, weapons, tactics and living history brought vividly to life!

Witness British, American and French forces demonstrate the tactics, discipline and firepower that shaped the Revolutionary War.

Explore authentic-style 18th-century camps, meet the reenactors and discover what military life was really like during the period.

Enjoy a special performance on Saturday 15 August.

At 10:00 on Saturday, Adrian Basford, Town Crier, will officially open the event with a special proclamation.

Discover the important role played by France and experience the military traditions of the French forces.

Don't miss the spectacular finale as British, American and French forces come together for combined volleys, tactical marching and a final ceremonial salute to the fallen.
