Joshua met and married a Scottish woman and together they moved to Kirkcudbright in 2021. He has a house and studio in Castle street and when he is in there working he is open to visitors. Joshua, like many artists was drawn to the Artists Town and finds his inspiration from many walks in the local area.

His passion is for capturing the play of light over the landscape or on water. Because of this he was nominated to be an associate member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists last year and has twice had his work in the Scottish Landscape Awards. 🌅 🌊
