🥰I am beyond delighted and totally inspired by all the attention and pre-orders I have received for the scarves and changing robes. Thank you so much♥️Never underestimate how much all this feedback encourages artists who work on their own♥️
The preorder window is now closed for these items but I will definitely put them on again at some point this year-so please keep an eye out here or sign up to the website to receive a mail shot letting you know what’s happening. We do however still have some of our small but very cute silk ‘Fur Coat and Nae Knickers’ red and white scarves available♥️🤍😍

Now I can let you see my beautiful, super soft organic cotton scarves with a frayed edge-I am so impressed with this fabric.
I feel like my drawings have been moving towards scarf designs for a couple of years now so this romance was probably inevitable. Like everything else on my website these have been such a heart project for me.
Because both scarves were so well received at the Arts Festival I thought my I would release them with the changing robes as a PRE-ORDER. So these are available to order from my website until this Tuesday (18th)✨
♥️🩷’All Fur Coat and Nae Knickers’ This scarf is a gorgeous combo of orangey red and sweetie pink.
🤠♥️’My Heroes have Always Been Cowboys’ This scarf(same as my print) is dedicated to all the Scottish Cowboys.
I was spoon fed westerns from a very young age and my Dad has worn cowboy boots and a leather waistcoat everyday since the 80’s-All that was missing was the sheriff badge. One corner of the scarf holds the words of Lynn Anderson ‘I beg your pardon,I never promised you a rose garden🌹’ The opposite corner holds the words of Warren Zevron ‘Send lawyers, guns and money, the s**t has hit the fan’💩 So you can choose which way you want to wear it that day!😂

Cowboys🤠
One of my new prints for this year. This started as a circular print but I wanted to add on corners so I could maybe use it as a scarf design. I am showing you the many versions I drew up to finally come up with my print. It always looks so clean and purposeful when you see the finished piece but some ideas take a very long and winding road! This was one of them. Everything is drawn at my board in my studio and doesn’t go near a computer. All cutting and pasting is done with scissors, tracing paper and tape😂 It is now also printed on to a gorgeous organic cotton with a fringed edge and I 😍LOVE😍 it!

So…after much overthinking …

I decided that I was going to bring Pittenweem Arts Festival some pieces which have been bringing me huge JOY in the last year😃So I will also have rail at the festival this year at BistroDory and if things go down well I will have some of these pieces on my website for the week following the festival available as pre-orders! It’s a bit of festival fun 🤩
Let me know what you think…at the very least it will save me having the discussion with myself😂it’s a curse of working on your own …isn’t it?🤪x
