Fife Folk Museum Volunteer Appeal

If you have recently retired or moved to the area and you are looking for something meaningful to occupy your time why not consider becoming a volunteer at the Fife Folk Museum Ceres working either back of house helping to manage the extensive collection or on the reception desk greeting our many visitors.

Why volunteer?

Volunteering can add to your skills and experience, help you gain confidence, meet new people and give a feeling of satisfaction working as a team towards a common goal. Volunteering can help you feel a part of something outside of your circle of friends and family and enable you to make a real difference to your community.

We are always keen to welcome new volunteers. If you think this sounds like the right volunteering opportunity for you, please contact us by email, [email protected], the contact form on the web site or phone us on 01334 828180 to make arrangements to call in for a chat. WINTER OPENING HOURS

Fife Folk Museum has now closed for the season but The Coffee Shop at FFM will remain open Wednesday to Sunday with the new hours of 10am-3pm.

You will find all of our usual homemade treats on offer alongside our freshly prepared soups and lunch options. You will also see the addition of baked potatoes to our menu plus special hot dishes. Look out for our post on social media to let you know what our kitchen has been busy making for you each morning.

Lastly, we would like to say a huge thank you to all of our customers, trustees and volunteers at the museum and our staff for the continued support over the last 6 months. None of this would have been possible without you and we look forward to welcoming you through our doors over the winter months.

Thank you for supporting our small business!
