The Cumberland Basin is a place of constant movement, where roads, water and industry meet.

🌳 What keeps drawing you back to trees?
"Trees have become a bit of an obsession. I love their shapes, tangled structures, and endless greens. Especially in summer, when their shade feels lifesaving."

✏️ What can a sketch capture that a photograph can’t?
"A sketch captures depth, texture, and atmosphere in a way that I can’t achieve with a photo. It also lets me focus on what really matters."

🖼️ How do you know when you’ve finished a painting?
"I know it’s finished when the softness and energy feel balanced, and every element works together in harmony."
