Bournville is an historic and very picturesque area on the south side of the City, known for its connections with the Cadbury family and also home to a campus of the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design. The Gallery, was originally owned by Colin and Jane Carruthers since 2005 and is currently owned by Richard Russell and Julia Fourteau. It is located at 229 Mary Vale Road just opposite the Bour

nville Alms Houses which were built in 1897 by Richard Cadbury – and just a stone’s throw from Bournville’s famous Cadbury Factory. THE SCULPTURE GARDEN is a peaceful and tranquil space that offers an opportunity for visitors to relax and enjoy refreshments - fine weather permitting - whilst visiting the Gallery.
