Well, we had a fantastic day yesterday at our opening for the Alford Christmas Festival. We were delighted to see so many happy and smiling people at our museum. In fact we lost count how many after the first couple of hundred! We hope you enjoyed yourselves and will come back again and see us when we open for the 2025 season. Thanks to Leanne MacVeigh Dance Academy and Stuart Veitch Music for providing entertainment in the main ring.
None of this would, of course, have been possible without our great volunteers who spent many hours setting up the museum for the event and were there through the day to welcome and guide visitors. A big thankyou to you all. Finally our heartfelt thanks to all at Alford Christmas Festival for organising the day and helping to make Alford such a special place.
