Working primarily in clear glass, Julie Fuhlendorff focuses on material clarity and proportion. Familiar forms are reshaped by hand, refined through subtle shifts in balance and scale.

Her work move between function and sculptural presence. In use, they hold flowers, candles or branches, while shaping light and space around them.

During 3daysofdesign, we presented works by Mette Skjærbæk as part of Connected: A Dialogue Between Nature & Craft.

Combining pressed botanicals, handmade Japanese paper, museum glass, and oak, each work reflects a careful balance between craftsmanship and the inherent unpredictability of natural materials.
