Our Heritage Discover Summer Camp at the Old Stone House is coming this July!

Don't miss this exciting week of hands-on learning, creativity, and fun! From Monday to Friday, July 13–17, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, campers will enjoy a variety of engaging activities, crafts, workshops, and discovery experiences in a unique heritage setting.

Calling all young nature lovers to join the fun at the Old Stone House. Children can roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty, and discover the joys of gardening at the Old Stone House! Join our Junior Gardener program and learn how plants, vegetables, and pollinators help bring a garden to life. Junior gardeners will plant seeds, care for growing beds, explore nature, and take part in fun outdoor activities designed to inspire curiosity and creativity.

Stop by and enjoy traditional pioneer games and hands-on fun for all ages. The event is included with daily admission. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our Heritage Happenings is back with our Summer Students this year and the first event features traditional pioneer games on Wednesday, May 27, from 1:00–3:00 PM. The activity is included with daily admission.

We also recognized and celebrated the hard work and continuous support of our volunteers throughout 2025, whose dedication has been invaluable to the site all year long. Thank you everyone.

Are you ready? Fort St. Joseph will open for the season on Wednesday, June 3!

The grounds and visitor centre will be open Wednesday through Sunday each week until the end of September. Admission is $5.00 for adults, $4.50 for those age 65 and better, while youth aged 17 and younger are free.

We’re looking forward to seeing you soon!
