How will you be celebrating Group of Seven Day in Ontario on July 7?
From Noon to 4 p.m., if you’re in the Toronto area, come visit The Arts & Letters Club of Toronto, the birthplace of those iconic artists who defined Canadian art and how so many of us see our country.
The doors of this historic building not far from the Eaton Centre will be open to the public. There will be talks, tours and more.
“Come, walk the same floors that amazing artists walked on,” said the Club’s Archivist, Scott James.
July 7 was officially declared a day to celebrate the Group of Seven when the Legislative Assembly of Ontario passed the Group of Seven Day Act in 2024.
The Arts and Letters Club of Toronto is located at 14 Elm Street, just west of Yonge between College and TMU subway stations.
