And just like that, another summer on the wharf comes to an end🧡🎶

To our incredible artists, our amazing WOW team, our wonderful sponsors, and everyone who joined us week after week, thank you for making this summer so special.

We’re going to miss seeing all of your smiling faces on the wharf, but we’re already looking forward to next year and another summer filled with great music, good company, and memories made together.

Until then, thank you for being part of Wednesday on the Wharf. We’ll see you next summer! 🥹🧡🎶

Congratulations, Blanche! You’re the winner of this artwork by Myrna Button! Myrna kindly donated this piece to raffle off, with funds going towards the planned drought-tolerant public demonstration garden on the grounds outside the Salmon Arm Arts Centre.

This multi year project is in partnership with the Shuswap Climate Action Society, showcasing beautiful outdoor designs that are easy on care and resources! We’d say that’s a win-win-win. Let us know if you’d like to help out or donate!

What a beautiful way to end our 2026 Wednesday on the Wharf season. 🧡☀️🎶

We had a wonderful evening on the waterfront as the Sage Hill Singers and community performers came together to share music, culture, and celebration with our community. There was such a special energy at the wharf as everyone gathered, connected, and enjoyed the evening together.

We were also so grateful to Rise Up Indigenous for sharing a community meal with the everyone. Vendors joined us with their beautiful items and set up their tents along the wharf, adding even more to the sense of community and celebration.

What a truly meaningful way to wrap up another summer of Wednesdays on the Wharf. From the first Wednesday to our final evening, we’re so grateful for everyone who showed up, danced, listened, laughed, supported local artists and and made the wharf feel like a place for everyone to gather.

A heartfelt thank you to this week’s sponsor, Johnson Meier Insurance Agencies Group, for supporting our community and helping make evenings like this possible. We’re so grateful for your support!

And, of course, a huge thank you to everyone who joined us throughout the 2026 WOW season. You made this summer so special, and we couldn’t have done it without you. 🎶☀️

Until next summer, Salmon Arm!🧡

Hosted by Kenthen Thomas, this special Indigenous Celebration will feature the incredible singing, drumming, and dancing talents of the Kamloops-based Sage Hill Singers. It’s an opportunity to come together, experience Indigenous culture, and enjoy an evening filled with music, movement, and community.

We’re also excited to share a free community meal, generously provided by Rise Up Indigenous Wellness. Come early, grab a plate, and settle in for an evening of connection and celebration by the lake. 🧡

Please note the special early start time: 6 PM! Bring your friends, bring a blanket, and join us for a meaningful evening on the waterfront as we celebrate together.

A great show takes more than what happens on stage. 🎶🧡

Behind every performance are the artists, our incredible WOW team, and the people who help keep everyone fueled throughout the day. We’re so grateful to Hungry Panda for sponsoring all the food for our artists and team this summer!

From the first bite to the final encore, thank you for helping us take care of the people who make Wednesday on the Wharf happen. 🥡🎶

Good music, good company, and a little bit of romance on the wharf ☀️🎶

Elodie Orsei and the band had everyone in their feels with a beautiful mix of French and English music. From couples sharing a blanket to friends enjoying the evening together, there was something special about slowing down, listening to live music, and taking in a summer night by the water.

Honestly, is there a better date night than live music, a picnic blanket, and French songs by the wharf? 🇫🇷🧡

Next week, we’re bringing the community together at the wharf for a Mini Pow Wow! Join us for another special summer evening filled with culture, community, and celebration. Bring your friends, grab a blanket, and come enjoy the evening with us!

A heartfelt thank you to this week’s sponsor, Stella Jones Inc., who is dedicated to helping people find the perfect place to call home. We’re so grateful for their support of our community and for helping make evenings like this possible🧡

Thank you to everyone who continues to join us week after week. We’ll see you Wednesday at the wharf! 🎶
