Spring at the Table brings together seasonal cuisine, live music, and community for one special evening at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum.
Executive Chef Hans Stierli has created a four-course plated menu inspired by spring flavours and thoughtfully prepared from start to finish. Guests may also add a wine pairing selected to complement each course.
