Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Festival 2026
Dates: Thursday, September 10 – Sunday, September 13, 2026
Location: Princess Louise Park, Sussex, New Brunswick, Canada
Event Time: Approximately 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily, with selected evening entertainment and balloon events scheduled later

The Atlantic Balloon Fiesta provides an excellent opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and connect with a large and diverse audience. Vendor opportunities are available for a variety of businesses, including artisans, retailers, specialty product vendors, food vendors, and other suitable exhibitors.

Did you know there will be 7 local pilots from Sussex this year at the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta?! 🤩🎈

How cool is that? We are constantly amazed at the growth of the local ballooning community and their commitment to the Fiesta. Over the next week we will be sharing pilot introductions and love for our local pilots! Be sure to stay tuned! 😁❤️

Horizon Health in Fredericton seeking local artists to design and create an ‘under the sea’ themed mural for one of the new operating rooms that will be used for pediatric surgeries.

Horizon is seeking artists to collaborate on an initiative to help pediatric surgery patients!

We’re currently undergoing a multi-year redevelopment project at Horizon’s Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, including the construction of a brand-new surgical unit expected to be completed later this year. We’re seeking local artists to design and create an ‘under the sea’ themed mural for one of the new operating rooms that will be used for pediatric surgeries.

Surgeries can often be frightening for young patients. Distractions like murals can help calm them down, making the experience a little bit easier. By collaborating with local artists, we can improve the experience for our patients and show off the amazing artistic talent our province has to offer.

Horizon est à la recherche d’artistes qui souhaiteraient prendre part à une initiative visant à aider les enfants qui se font opérer!

Un projet pluriannuel de réaménagement est en cours à l’Hôpital régional Dr Everett Chalmers du Réseau de santé Horizon. Ce projet comprendra l’aménagement d’un tout nouveau bloc opératoire, qui devrait être achevé plus t**d cette année. Nous sommes à la recherche d’artistes locaux pour concevoir et réaliser une murale qui aura pour thème « Dans l’océan ». Celle-ci se trouvera dans une nouvelle salle d’opération qui sera principalement utilisée pour les interventions pédiatriques.

Une opération peut être une expérience angoissante pour les jeunes patients. Les distractions comme les murales peuvent les aider à se détendre et rendre leur expérience plus agréable. En collaborant avec des artistes locaux, nous pouvons améliorer l’expérience de nos patients et mettre de l’avant le talent artistique incroyable des artistes de chez nous.
