Pembina Hills Arts Council The Pembina Hills Arts Council's mandate is to support regional artists that produce original works of art.

Situated in the clock tower building at 352 Stephen Street, the gift shop and art gallery display a wide selection of original arts and crafts, gifts, and local souvenirs. They feature a variety of oil, acrylic, and watercolour paintings, drawings, photographs, wood turned bowls, stained glass windows, books, candles, prints, pottery, cards, jewellery, organic food products, and wooden pens.

This annual craft sale is organized by the Pembina Hills Arts Council(PHAC) and provides an opportunity for local vendors to exhibit and sell their work. All products featured at the market have to be handmade and/or homemade by local artisans, showcasing a wide variety of unique, high-quality creations.
