What if you gave yourself permission to simply be?

Join Registered Canadian Art Therapist Charmaine Husum for a series of workshops and explore the possibility! The Art of Being Workshop series begins on October 18 (this Sunday!) and runs monthly until January 2027.

This creative afternoon is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it means to be present. Rather than focusing on artistic skill or creating a particular finished product, these experiences invite participants to use the creative process as a way of discovering what may be waiting beneath the surface.

Each workshop stands on its own, or participants can attend the complete series as a deeper creative journey. Take some time for yourself, embrace your creativity, and enjoy an inspiring afternoon surrounded by the beauty of the Alberta foothills.

October 18 | November 8 | December 6 | January 10
1–3 PM
$65 + fees per session, or get full access to all four sessions for $225 + fees.
