Today I'm holding a very special newspaper and I'm on top of the world.

I am featured in the July edition of The Humm, one of over 300 artists interviewed by Sally Hansen and when I read it for the first time, my breath caught.
Tears welled up before I finished the second paragraph. It felt like being truly seen for the very first time.
What a beautiful thing it is, to be described inside my own art world; full of colour, full of heArt.

Thank you to the Humm team, my family, friends, and collectors who've believed in me over the years. To be recognized as who I always was, underneath it all... an artist.

Perseverance. Determination. Commitment and lots of love.
Art is my life story, and my paintings are my voice.

Today more than ever I am saying to myself; Go Mau!!!, you got this.

Hello friends,
I’m so excited to share some special news with you!
I had the absolute privilege of being invited onto Kathy Botham’s Cogeco Your TV show to talk about everything happening in our wonderful Merrickville art community;

The Merrickville Art Walk, the Festival of the Arts July 11-12, and our exciting Gift of Time initiative, which will bring a beautiful Victorian clock to our village.

It meant so much to me to speak about this community and to be one of the artists lucky enough to call it home.
