LaHave Islands Marine Museum Welcome to the LaHave Islands Marine Museum official Facebook site. We are open June 1 to Sept 1. To maintain St.

Due to staffing issues, during June we will only be open Wed to Sun. During July and August, we are open 7 days a week, 10 am to 5 pm. To establish, maintain, and operate a public museum for the housing, care, and display of historical objects. To develop, maintain, and interpret the collection in the context of the local heritage . John the Evangelist Church, a municipal heritage church, as a functioning place of worship and inspiration.

Fishermen's Memorial Service at St. John's Church on Bell Island, followed by the dedication of the new monument in the museum yard. Thanks to Rev. Vivian Moores and Seaside A Ca****la and Kaleidoscope. MP Jessica Fancy, Mayor Elspeth McLean-Wile and Councillor Morgen Reinhardt attended.

The Fishermen's Memorial Service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church on Bell Island at 2 pm on August 24. Seaside A Ca****la and Kaleidoscope will provide music. After the service, there will be a dedication ceremony for the new monument, in memory of those who have lost their lives while working at sea.
