🖤 Colour of the Week: Carbon Black

Made from pure amorphous carbon, Carbon Black is Tri-Art’s deep, strong black. It’s an opaque, single-pigment colour with high tinting strength, making it excellent for bold line work, solid passages and strong colour mixing.

Its neutral-to-cool character can also shift toward a subtle cool purple-grey when tinted. A powerful staple for any palette. 🎨
