Great art for August in the Tiniest Gallery! Welcoming .negative to the box, with a piece called "Don't Look Back."

In other news, this will be the TG's last post on Facebook. It's not a good place, folks. You shouldn't be here.

In the Gallery for June, the super cool feltwork of William Carroll! " William Carroll is a self-taught interdisciplinary artist with a focus on experimental photography and sculpture created using alternative materials, currently based out of Kingston, ON. William is a non-binary person living on the autism spectrum and sees their disability as the unique gift that it is, striving to present their distinct visual perspective while endeavouring to advocate for the value of diversity in all its forms and accessibility in the arts for all. Currently, finding fascination in decay, William is working on a number of series around the idea that mould is beautiful and the different ways that decay can shape our perspective."

Welcoming ill Glatt to the box for May! A timely message not only for the planting season but for our troubled times; as she says, "This linocut print is inspired by Greek poet Dinos Christianopoulos, who once wrote: 'what didn’t you do to bury me / but you forgot that I was a seed'.
This couplet has since been reworked and shared by activists and freedom fighters around the world; it resonated with me strongly when I first read it. I hope you can also carry this small seed of hope with you as we get our hands dirty in the days and years ahead of us, fighting for our collective liberation."

EDIT: Did I mention I hate Meta and avoid it at all costs? Realizing I haven't posted since February, which is no slight to our March and April artists, Velma Armstrong (my grandma! Long story!) and Kelsey Pearson; I just really hate contributing to this miserable cesspool of misinformation and propaganda-bots. Added some photos of their work too!

Uh, here's a lot of art from the last three months! "Fox in the Snow" by Haley Champagne, "Tabernaaac!" by Manuel Mathieu, and "Ramen Cat" by Helen Yang.

It's May in the Tiniest Gallery! Have I not posted here in months? That's fine. Facebook is terrible. You shouldn't be here. Neither should I. At any rate, it's May, so here's a PSA about ticks! Courtesy of the Kid Icarus print shop in Toronto.
