ARTspace has been supporting local artists and artisans in Chatham-Kent since 2008. As downtown Chatham continues to evolve, Council is considering a proposal to relocate ARTspace to the Chatham Cultural Centre to improve accessibility, increase exposure for artists, and strengthen connections with other cultural spaces.

Before any decision is made, we want to hear from you.

• 5:45pm – presentation and Q&A
• Tour of prospective temporary relocation area to follow
📍 Studio One, Chatham Cultural Centre

👉 Can’t attend? A recording of the presentation and an online survey will be available following the session so you can share your feedback at a time that works for you.

We’re teaming up with Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority, St. Clair Region Conservation Authority, NatureCK and Waste Connections of Canada from April 24–May 10 to document as much wild animals, plants and fungi as possible!🍄

📣GIVEAWAY ALERT: Follow the CK Arts + Culture page CK Arts+Culture and tag a friend in the comments to be entered into a draw for a chance to win a prize valued at $250!

How to participate:
1. From April 24-27, explore your backyard, a nearby park, or your favourite trail and take a photos of any wild animals, plants or fungi you see
2. From April 28-May 10, upload your photos to the iNaturalist App or www.inaturalist.org/projects/city-nature-challenge-2026-municipality-of-chatham-kent

Easter Weekend Hours:

➡️ We will be closed April 3, 5 & 6.
➡️ We are open regular hours Saturday, April 4 from noon to 5pm

Municipal offices, most services, as well as the Chatham and Dresden Service Ontario will be closed Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6th to observe Easter.
