The Current on the Now

The Current on the Now" captures the tranquil yet ever-changing nature of time, with waterlilies floating gracefully atop gentle currents.

Apples in the basket. Time in the pumpkin patch and on the porch. Something new for the wall, perhaps?

What are you up to this Fall? Tell me below.

October has a way of turning into a whole season of small hauls. "Last Night It Rained" could be this weekend's special find.

Mass-produced decor fills a blank wall space, but artwork by an artist changes how a room feels to live in. As we enter cozy season, that vibrancy is important.

"Heather of the Rocks" comes from one working artist, not a warehouse. Have a closer look.

It's darker earlier now that it's officially fall. Tell me, do you like the ten minutes before the house wakes up, or are you a night owl?

Cozy nights and quiet mornings pair well with art.

Here's "Restless is the Wind" for you to ponder today.

A solitary tree adorned with vibrant blossoms stands resolute against a backdrop of soft pastels. Vivid pinks intermingle with gentle blues, creating a dreamy atmosphere that invites contemplation. Rich textures in the foreground suggest a lush terrain, while the ethereal sky hints at the time of day’s transition. Each layer of color conveys a quiet beauty, reflecting nature's fragile yet resilient spirit. This piece can enhance personal spaces with its calming presence, making it a thoughtful focal point.

It's October! Have your blankets and sweaters come out of storage? Is the nesting instinct kicking in?

How is the art in your home making you feel? Could "Current on the Now" earn a place in your favorite place this season?

Matching is for socks. Art is supposed to have a little friction with its surroundings.

How about a work like "Under the Lily Pond"? Could it add something to your space for the exact reason that it doesn't blend in perfectly?

Check out the rest of the gallery to find the one that adds just the right touch.
