🧗 We're hiring. No CV. Just nerve.
Since 2022 we've been turning staircases and unlikely spaces into galleries. Next season we're going bigger: 4 exhibitions, monthly gatherings, workshops, and our first mentoring programme.
Four pairs of hands won't cut it anymore.
So we're opening 5 volunteer roles 👇
📣 Communication — you're our voice and our image (~1h/week)
🤝 Marketing & Sales — you open the doors we haven't knocked on yet (~2h/week)
🎓 Mentor — you walk beside a photographer for 6 months (8-10+ years of practice, ~4h/month)
📦 Logistics — you're the reason nothing falls apart on the night (~3h/week, driving licence)
🗓️ Event planning — you dream up the shows before they exist (~2h/week)
Here, you own your mission: your perimeter, your calls, your project end to end. Plus free access to the member programme, mentoring included.
📅 Applications close 10 September — launch night is that same evening, 7pm.
No degree needed. No experience either (mentors aside). Curiosity and nerve beat a CV every time.
