We’re still closed my friends out there. I’m off to the UK tomorrow, part of that is headed to Germany to meet the team that facilitated my bone marrow transplant. There’s much to do, and this year will see significant change (all terrifying, all glorious).

Studios are ready to go, so hit me up on my return. The retail gallery has some exciting announcements coming too (you will want to be on the mailing list for that one!)

It’s official, we are converting the retail area .gallery into space for 4 studios in the new year. It’s definitely happening, and we’re playing around with layouts. If you’re wanting to create with good company, and have a gallery space at the ready, with all kinds of other perks - let us know. X

A massively vulnerable share from me this morning which felt incredibly hard, but also just as necessary with the closing out of ‘the ‘pause.’

I find this video stuff a bit ick, but to honour the stories these beautiful artists were brave enough to share, and to be completely authentic about the conversation this show created space for, this is me being brave and showing up authentically.

Hormones huh! What the actual f*ck?!? But let’s keep talking about it, so we can bring gentleness and compassion to the table too. It can be quite dark there, and your mind can be a lonely place.

To the magical people who noticed I wasn’t myself, and those who held me this last little bit and got in that lifeboat with me even when it felt like I was drowning in murky waters, this is one of those times I’ll remember forever.

I took this on the way out last night. Way too late, but we’re ready. This show and these stories are breathtaking. I’m there today for pre show viewing, but we’re officially open tomorrow.

Our timeline got a bit skewed the last little while, but we’re doing our best to recover and look forward to reopening the physical gallery.

It’s my Birthday on Wednesday, so even though I’m a little late in letting you know, I always do something just to celebrate the miracle of me still existing. For the new players, this will be my 14th Birthday since I was told there was very little likelihood of surviving beyond a diagnosis of stage 4 blood cancer. All of the chemo, radiation and 2 bone marrow transplants later; my Birthday week is a festival always worth celebrating to me. One year I was even gifted with my godson Parley born on this day, that is the level of magic I now insist upon. Haha.
