SILVER BANGLE WORKSHOP // Join professional jeweller Eschelle Walters to craft your own sterling silver bangle in The Studio.

10am - 3pm Saturday 31 October 2026
408 Flinders Street, Gurambilbarra / Townsville.
18+ | Limit of 6 places available

This class introduces essential silversmithing skills, including measuring, forming, twisting and soldering a bangle, pickling, filing and sanding. Attendees have the option to use stamps and a tumbler to achieve a polished finish.

This workshop is suitable for beginners or participants with some silversmithing experience. Rectangular silver wire will be used to make the bangles in this workshop. The width of the bangles will be approximately 2.5mm. Class sizes are small to enable one-on-one teaching, so book early to ensure your spot.

What a few weeks it’s been celebrating the creativity, ideas and artists that make North Queensland so special.
A huge thank you to every artist, partner, supporter, volunteer and audience member who made it all possible. ❤️
Our staff and volunteers are ready for a well-earned rest, but we’ll be back soon to share some highlights and favourite moments from the festival.
