One of my early works has just found its new home. 💛
The original image came from an old traveler’s photograph taken in the 1980s, during his journey documenting Aboriginal life. I reached out to him years ago to ask permission to use it as a reference — not because I wanted to capture specific people, but because something in that photo spoke deeply to me.
What truly inspired me was the pure joy and freedom of childhood — the unity with nature, the sunlight, and that endless ocean air that feels so unmistakably Australian. 🌊✨
Art connects us across time, stories, and emotions — and I’m so happy this piece has found someone who feels it too.
