Change of display....Tools of the Trade...includes (but not photographed) a selection of receipts,shopping lists and invoices from the recently donated Wynfleet collection...which make very interesting reading😊

We are currently accessioning into the collection a donation from Wynfleet farm in Highbury owned by the Warren/Marshall families. Amongst a collection of letters and receipts I discovered this treasure of human hair.....yesterday found a photo to match the children!

Added to the collection this week...this sign used to be attached to the AMP building and according to the donor's recollection he found it at the Cuballing tip many years ago....he was attracted by the quirky name and fortunately for us he salvaged it! Dr Savage practiced in Narrogin from 1934 to 1948

These bibles have come into our possession..does anyone know the people mentioned as we would like to return them to families if possible.......Update: happy to announce the Virtovic bibles are returning to their family where they will certainly be treasured😀The Agnes Shearer bible is on its way to her grandaughter😀
