Kids are the future - and creativity is one of the best gifts we can give them. 💛
Thanks to our community, the BAS has already received $11,403 in donations. Now we’re aiming for $15,000 by the end of the financial year.
Reaching $15,000 will kickstart a Teaching Artists Program in local schools - bringing professional artists into classrooms to help kids build creativity, confidence and new ways of learning.
If you’ve got a few dollars hiding in the couch (or a crisp $5 with dreams of greatness), we’d love your help getting us over the line. Minimum donation is $5, and donations are tax deductible (over $2).

Children’s Storytime wandered into the gallery last week - and the result was magpies with crowns! 👑🖤
Thanks to Moruya Library team for bringing families into the space to look, listen and make.
We love moments like this: stories, art and making all in the same room - especially with Beyond the Ordinary by Kath Unsworth on the walls.
Pop in before it closes 30 May (Mon–Sat, 10am–4pm).

Help bring artists into our classrooms 🎨
We’re raising $15K by EOFY to kickstart In the Making - a Teaching Artist program connecting local students with practising artists.
Not as a one-off visit, but real creative exchange - where students can see ideas unfold, ask questions, and be part of the process.
Because creativity isn’t an extra - it’s how young people build confidence, think differently, and engage more deeply with learning.

If you can, please support the next generation of creative thinkers.
👉 Donate today: https://thebas.com.au/support-the-bas/donate-now

And if donating isn’t possible right now, a share goes a long way - help us spread the word 💛
