🛻 B&S UTES. THE RANK, THE FERAL & THE LEGENDARY.

With the Deni Ute Muster done and dusted for another year, some of Australia's finest (and most questionable) rigs are being rolled back into sheds and tucked away under tarps.

MOVE is keen to drag a few back out 👊

We're putting together an extraordinary exhibition celebrating an iconic piece of Australian motoring culture the B&S Ute.

Full-noise paddock veterans and everything in between, we're chasing the unique, the outrageous, the battle-scarred and the downright feral. The utes with history, character and a few stories probably best left untold.

Got one? Know where one is hiding?

Drop us a line at [email protected] with a few photos and a little background on the rig.

Tag a mate who's got one worth putting on display, and no sir..... it doesn't even need to run !

💫Built to work. Restored to perfection.

Every detail. Every finish. Every painstaking hour of craftsmanship.

A remarkable restoration that has returned this truck to its former glory — every bit as magnificent today as the day it carried its first load.

📚 BRING LEARNING TO LIFE

So much more fun than a museum should be while delivering more learning than students expect

What if a school excursion felt less like a lesson and more like stepping into a world of discovery?

At MOVE, curiosity is waiting around every corner.

Eyes widen beneath the scale of Australia’s mighty road transport giants. Imaginations race through the remarkable story of Oscar Piastri. History becomes vivid among the exquisite pieces of the Loel Thomson Costume Collection, while the determination and ingenuity of our regional icons reveals how people from our own communities helped keep Australia moving.

Across one extraordinary museum, students encounter:

🚗 Transport, design and technological change
🏎️ Motorsport, ambition and high performance
🚛 Engineering, industry and regional innovation
🚲 The evolution of bicycles and personal mobility
👗 Fashion, identity and more than 200 years of social history
📻 The changing world of communication
⚙️ The people, ideas and inventions that shaped our communities

With cars, trucks, buses, motorbikes, bicycles, historic clothing, communications technology and the iconic Furphy story all under one roof, MOVE creates meaningful connections across history, STEM, design, technology and the humanities.

Whether you are planning for primary or secondary students, a local excursion or a regional school trip, the MOVE team will help make your visit easy to organise and rewarding for everyone.
