🔥 YAP Pop Up Alert 🔥

It’s Youth Week and we’re celebrating with a FREE afternoon of fun! 🎉

Join YAP this Friday 17 April from 3:30pm at Wes Mitchell Park (opposite the Tin Can Bay library) for a pop up play session and free BBQ 🌭

We’ll have touch footy gear and other games ready to go, so grab your friends and come hang out, have a laugh and celebrate young people in our community 🙌

The Chiggy's Skateboarding Skate and Relate workshops are back today and tomorrow!

🛹 Thursday 9 April at the Billabong Park skate zone in Cooloola Cove.

🛹 Friday 10 April at the Wes Mitchell Park skate park opposite the library in Tin Can Bay.

Two awesome sessions:
➡️ 10:00am – 2:00pm
➡️ 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Walk-ins are welcome if space allows and registrations to participate must be done online onsite with waviers completed by an adult. Or just come down, hang out and soak up the vibes!

It's Pop Up Fun in March and we’re kicking things off this Sunday at the International Women’s Day Twilight Walk! 💜✨

Meet Norman Point for an evening stroll celebrating strength, community and connection. YAP will be adding a little extra sparkle with a limited number of FREE foam glow wands to light up the walk!

Bring your friends, wear a splash of purple and enjoy a relaxed community walk by the water as we continue celebrating 10 years of the Cooloola Coast Youth Activity Project.

Food, fun and a whole lot of laughter wrapped up the final Fun Friday in February in the best way possible!

Free play was in full swing, the games were on point and the deals kept everyone on their toes, including one lucky $50k winner that had the cheers going even louder!

As the evening cooled down, the hot food warmed things right back up and those warm brownies with ice cream, let’s just say there weren’t many crumbs left behind!

That might be a wrap on February, but the fun isn’t over yet! Keep your eyes peeled for Pop Up fun happening in March as we continue celebrating 10 years of the Cooloola Coast Youth Activity Project.

🚨The final Fun Friday for February is ON tonight!

Shake off the bored blues and head to the YAP Hall, 110 Emperor St, Tin Can Bay, for an evening of find-your-own fun with games, friends, music and plenty of laughs.

If you’re aged 7–17, come along anytime between 4pm and 7pm and make the most of the space, the activities and the good vibes.

Bring your friends and finish February on a high!

Continuing the celebration of 10 years of the Cooloola Coast Youth Activity Project, a decade of fun, friendships and youth building confidence.

The stage came alive today at YAP Music @ the Markets, with brave young performers stepping up to the microphone and sharing their voices with the community.

Both singers were rewarded with warm rounds of applause, proving that a little courage and a big smile can create special moments.

If your young person has been dreaming of being on stage, this is their chance! The microphone is always open, whether it’s a quick Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, a favourite tune or something new.

Come along, build confidence, have fun and be part of the magic. You never know where that first song might lead.

Fun Friday in February #3 was bursting with energy, laughter and full bellies!

By the end of the evening, only two lonely slices of cake were left after kids raced through games including cops, robbers, zombies and tail tag, before refuelling on brownies, pies, sausage rolls and homemade spaghetti, a hit with even the fussiest eaters!!

Free play took over as friendships grew, imaginations ran wild and the fun just kept rolling. Don’t miss the FINAL Fun Friday in February as it’s your last chance to join the action!
