Final 2 days to see this lovely show by a group of talented watercolour artists.
For more than a dozen years, a group of BDAS artists in Bowral with a passion for watercolour, have been meeting regularly to practise and delight in this difficult and elusive medium.  Watercolour has unique challenges for artists, not least of all to allow pigment and paper to do their exciting thing while being coaxed by a restrained but practiced hand.
Discover works that sing and vibrate with transparency and freshness

They're back...Awash with Colour
For more than a dozen years, a group of BDAS artists in Bowral with a passion for watercolour, have been meeting regularly to practise and delight in this difficult and elusive medium.  Watercolour has unique challenges for artists, not least of all to allow pigment and paper to do their exciting thing while being coaxed by a restrained but practiced hand.
Our mentors over the years have guided us to creating paintings thatsing, that vibrate with transparency andfreshness (possibly a stark contrast and relief in worrying times).
The “Tuesday Watercolour Group” is delighted to exhibit the best of our work in“Awash with Colour 2026”, at the Bowral Gallery from15th to 20th October.
The official opening function will be at 4.00pm on Saturday 17th October at the Bowral Art Gallery, Short Street.
We hope you will join us at the opening on the 17th to share the excitement of watercolour with some like minds. Nibbles and refreshment will be provided.
Works pictured by Fiona Fudge, Rod Smart, Angela Dunlop and Chris Vossen.
