Today, we honour the courage, resilience, and determination of the young people who created the South African future, which is our present.

At !Khwa ttu, we relish the power of youth to own and share San culture and knowledge, and to use it to build stronger communities. Through learning, storytelling, and cultural exchanges, we are proud to support young people as they connect with their heritage and create new opportunities for all of our futures.

Here we have a group of Young San who travelled to !Khwa ttu to learn more about our work, and in particular to learn about environmental restoration from our very own Green Team.

The Kuru Art @ !Khwa ttu Exhibition is still open – and all the artwork has been sold!

We are delighted to share that every piece in the exhibition has found a new home.

There is still time to visit and experience the extraordinary work of the Naro San artists from the Kuru Art Project. The exhibition remains a powerful celebration of culture, storytelling, and creativity, offering visitors a unique opportunity to engage with the artists' vision and heritage.

Come and enjoy this remarkable collection and learn more about the stories and traditions that inspired these beautiful works.

The exhibition runs until 16 June at the !Khwa ttu Heritage Centre.
