End your Herb Festival weekend on a delicious high at 22 Church Street. The Veld & Vine menu is a five-course, wine-pairing lunch celebrating inventive flavours from the veld.
Expect combinations such as fynbos honey-glazed pampoenkoekies, renosterbos cheddar, honeybush-roasted naartjie, lemon verbena crème fraîche, and buchu confit beetroot. 🌿🍷
The lunch also includes a talk by plant ecologist, Prof Edmund February, on the remarkable regenerative power of nature after a flood. (Booking is essential)
