Được thành lập bởi ông Hoàng Mạnh Chiến chủ tịch sáng lập, nhà sưu tầm và bảo trợ nghệ thuật cùng bà Nguyễn Thị Biên giám đốc kinh doanh chiến lược và điều hành hệ thống D&C Art Gallery ra đời ngày 10 /1/ 2011. Phòng trưng bày Nghệ thuật D&C đầu tiên được thành lập tại 50 Hàng Trống , Quận Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. Website: www.oilpaintingdc.com/ www.tranhsondaudc.com được chủ tịch Chiến thành lập để kết

nối với khách hàng trong nước và trên toàn thế giới.
Đến cuối năm 2012, D&C Art Gallery đã mở 2 phòng trưng bày nghệ thuật tranh tại 11 Hàng Trống và 67 Hàng Gai và một xưởng nghệ thuật tại 48 Hàng Trống , nơi khách hàng có thể tận mắt chứng kiến cách các nghệ sĩ của chúng tôi tạo ra những tác phẩm nghệ thuật tuyệt đẹp. Tháng 4 năm 2013, D&C Art Gallery tại 17 Hàng Gai đi vào hoạt động dưới sự điều hành và chiến lược hợp lý của bà Nguyễn Thị Biên trở thành phòng trưng bày lớn nhất tại trung tâm thành phố Hà Nội
Tháng 10 năm 2013, D&C Art Gallery tiếp tục mở rộng hoạt động kinh doanh với việc khai trương phòng tranh mới tại 93 Hàng Gai với dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp mang đến cho khách hàng ấn tượng tốt và sự hài lòng. Hiện tại, D&C Art Gallery đã phát triển thành một thương hiệu lớn với 13 phòng tranh nằm xung quanh khu phố cổ Hà Nội, Việt Nam và các đại lý trên thế giới. Năm 2020 trước bối cảnh khó khăn của dịch bệnh covid 19 chủ tịch Chiến đã đã xây dựng một xưởng nghệ thuật sơn mài với quy mô 500 mét vuông cùng hàng loạt xưởng vệ tinh lân cận tại làng nghề Hạ Thái và đặt nền móng cho các dự án bảo trợ nghệ thuật tiếp theo. Năm 2021 D&C Art Gallery đã trở thành doanh nghiệp có số lượng tranh nghệ thuật nhiều nhất cả nước. Chủ tịch Hoàng Mạnh Chiến khẳng định đã, đang và sẽ tiếp tục phát triển thêm nhiều dự án chất lượng sắp tới nhằm lưu giữ giá trị của các sản phẩm nghệ thuật Việt Nam và làng nghề truyền thống không bị mai một mà vẫn phát triển mạnh tại thị trường Việt Nam và vươn ra toàn thế giới trước bối cảnh khó khăn bởi dịch bệnh.
