What's the story behind overhead bridge road, and the concrete abutment high above route 119 opposite to where trolley line road intersects 119? Any pictures or a good online story?
Is there a Youngwood historian online? Question. Back when Young's was on 3rd Street. Was there something on the upper side (4th Street) before Sheetz? I swear I remember it being a 7-11.
Hello, not to be bother but trying to identify location of this very early Rinaldo Paluzzi painting. he is famed south greensburg native. done in 1940's i believe and is actual scene. 'Polar Ice' sign on building..look familiar ..? Thank you..

This photo was taken sometime in the late 1990's when Ol' #7 came up to the Youngwood Railroad Museum to pick up passengers for a ride on the steam train. Here you can see what is left of the Pa. Railroad Yard. ©2017 Barry Martasian No copying or sharing.
