Nestled in the valley between the hill towns of Pomfret, South Woodstock and Barnard, Woodstock is the sort of hideaway town that slows one down to a relaxing pace after moving so rapidly with today's world. Collective is located in a large, historical stone building adjacent to the Kedron River running through the center of town. This building was the first industrial building to be built in the town of Woodstock and originally was used to mill flax into linseed oil, perhaps with the use of a water wheel set into that very brook!
