The Monroe County Historical Society is dedicated to the mission of preserving Monroe County's history, artifacts, skills, and values. The Monroe County Historical Society administers the Parry Park Museum located at 217 Eastern Ave. which include the Hollister-Parry House Museum, Oak Ridge-Byers One Room School House, and the Yaussey-Winkler Cooperative Dairy.
