Our museum recently was loaned a Regina record that we want to use in an upcoming display. However, we don’t have a Regina record player. Does anyone have one that they would be willing to loan to the museum?

The museum is open today from 1 -4 pm. Free admission. Handicap accessible.

Ray Zirpolo stopped by the museum today to donate his father Walter’s Citation of Merit. Walter Zirpolo was Mayor of Woodbridge from 1962 -1967. Come to our monthly program on November 23rd, presented by The Historic Preservation Commission, to learn about Woodbridge Mayors from their historic tours brochure A Parade of Mayors vol. II.

Today turned out to be quite the family day at the museum. Pictured together are Joann Brown and Arlene Pateman Guellnitz. Joann is the niece of Daisy Bell Dinkins. We have been searching for decendents of Daisy for some time and we were honored to show this display to her today. Arlene is the niece of Pat Pateman who generously donated her Aunt’s collection making this exhibit possible. Pictured next to 1st Chief of Police, Patrick Murphy’s hat and medals, is his niece, Mary Boccuzzi, who had donated his items to us. And pictured holding her dad’s books is Kathleen McEwen. Her father, Robert J. McEwen was an early and long time supporter of the Historical Association of Woodbridge Township and the museum.

A very good day at the museum.

Today is a good day to come and see our Victorian parlour. We are open Sundays 1 -4 pm. Free admission.
