I am Reed Andrew, the co-founder, co-creator, and caretaker of the Museum of Root Beer in Wisconsin Dells, WI. We are welcoming thousands of visitors each year to the museum, and this year we are doubling its size and adding cool museum features, along with other amenities. The museum survives by charging admission and selling draft and bottled root beer, but now our rent and utilities have doubled, with little funding to support the added developments. The Root Beer Run is a 5K walk and run event held at Tomahawk Scout Camp in Wisconsin. It is an open program open to both youth scouts and adult leaders. Participants race across the camp's trails, and everyone who crosses the finish line gets a free root beer float. The Route: The 5K usually takes runners through different sub-camps, such as Chippewa, AOL, and Sioux, before ending back at the starting point.
