UPDATE!
Lu is still available! Lu is FIV positive, so he can’t go to a home with other pets, unless it is a special circumstance because we certainly have adopted FIV kitties into homes with other pets, but usually only one. FIV can be transferred through a deep bite.

We are absolutely falling in love with this little man. He has a neck wound that’s healing. He got pretty beaten up by another cat and he is FIV positive.

BUT, we think he will make a wonderful companion for someone. He gives the best head bops and smears. He’s very lovable and a great guy.

Please consider bringing this guy into your home!! FIV can be transferred through a deep bite so he may not be able to live with other kitties.

He’s about 3 to 5 years old, we estimate, and has been neutered vaccinated, and treated for parasites.

He is feline leukemia and feline heartworm negative. ♥️ He is FIV positive.

Tom?!

This is about a love story as well as bringing eyesight to Tom. ♥️♥️♥️❄️

Tom here from Winter Harbor has what’s called an entropion eyelid. That means his eyelashes have been turning in and rubbing on his eyeball, causing him irritation and inflammation, not to mention discomfort and even pain.

We are so happy when we can help these guys not only to be spayed or neutered so they don’t have to continue making babies, but when we have the opportunity to fix a problem like this, and it’s going to make him feel so much better, it’s super exciting for us!

We’ve had some sadness this month and it’s really nice to have some happy news from the doctors at MAHA this morning!

We are so happy that this boy will feel better and maybe we can even convince him to stay inside as long as we keep his girlfriend Princess, nearby. These two are so bonded and are really adorable as they are so affectionate with one another. 🥹👏♥️

We’ll keep you posted on this handsome gentleman! 🐾🐾

I really have a soft spot for these old boys … 🥰
