Virginia Shepley Riccio! CREATIVITY CONTINUES! So happy to have you and our other creative artists and spirits!
Since 1990, creative artists have been a part of the dream of Ron and Tamara Propst to have a building filled with creativity! Ron moved to 6th Street in 1983 when Winston Salem had moved to the new mall. We bought the building in 1989 and had the first opening with Artworks Gallery MAY, 1990.
"Why are you moving downtown, you are wasting your money and no one will come to your neighborhood?" There were still thriving businesses on Trade and 6th Street!
So, now to those who were naysayers,
OUR DREAM HAS BEEN THE STUDIO, THE BEGINNING OF ANOTHER ARTIST DREAM, THE ABILITY TO ADVANCE IN AN ART FOR SO MANY!
OUR 20,000 SQUARE FEET BUILDING HAS CONTINUED OUR DREAM FOR TRADE STREET AND WINSTON SALEM!

North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson announced Friday that he is challenging a presidential executive order on mail-in voting, arguing the orde
