The right finish starts with the right preparation.

For this interior, we’re applying Sherwin-Williams PVA Drywall

Primer to properly seal and condition the new drywall before finish coats. A uniform primer application helps control porosity, improve paint adhesion, and create a consistent surface for a smooth, professional finish.

At CasaLux Projects, quality is in the details!

From the first coat to the final touch-up.

New construction deserves more than just a coat of paint—it deserves the right application from the very beginning. 🏡

When painting new concrete surfaces, back-rolling is essential.

It helps work the coating into the concrete’s pores, improves coverage and adhesion, and creates a more uniform, durable finish.

A beautiful blue bedroom, finished in an elegant eggshell sheen. 💙

The subtle silk-like finish creates a soft reflection that brings depth, sophistication, and a refined feel to the entire space.

Every detail matters—from the preparation to the final coat, we focus on delivering a finish that looks as beautiful as it feels.

Quality is in the details.

Priming the interior of a high-ceiling home comes with its own challenges:

difficult access, extended reach, consistent coverage across large wall surfaces, and maintaining clean lines around windows, arches, and architectural details.

At CasaLux Projects, we approach every elevation with the right equipment, controlled application, and attention to detail.

Proper primer application creates the foundation for a uniform, durable, high-quality finish — especially in a home where every imperfection is visible.

The higher the ceiling, the higher the standard.

Quality is in the details.

There’s something timeless about the warmth of natural wood. 🤎

At Bella Collina, every detail was designed to elevate the space—from custom built-in cabinetry to specialty wood walls and ceiling millwork finished with a beautiful stain that brings out the character of the wood.

Standing just over 20 feet tall, this feature wall creates a dramatic sense of scale while adding warmth, depth, and sophistication to the home.

Quality is in the details.

From raw concrete to a five-star finish.

At nearly 20,000 square feet, this Bella Collina residence is still in its initial stage — raw concrete, exposed studs, and open spaces waiting to become something extraordinary.

This is where CasaLux Projects comes in.

From the raw gray of concrete to the colors, finishes, and details that will define the final space, we bring experience, precision, and confidence to every stage of the process.

CasaLux Projects — Quality is in the details.
